Styled Wedding Shoot

While scrolling through Facebook one night, I saw a post that caught my eye. Kate Martin, of K&J Weddings, was looking for other photographers who might be interested in taking part in a styled wedding shoot. I immediately messaged her and asked to be a part of this special day. The next few weeks flew by and soon enough all the ducks were in a row and so many talented vendors became a part of it.

I arrived in the morning, ready to help where I could. The Booking House did not disappoint. Brick walls, Wood floors, and beautiful light flooded the building (even though it was a rainy, gloomy day). Everyone was so very friendly and ready to put their creative minds to work!

I really took this opportunity to work on my weaknesses without having the stress of ruining anyone’s wedding day. For most of the shots, I used an off camera flash and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of it all. The deep shadows and the lovely highlights really popped in a lot of the photos. Look at the highlights below and be sure to check out all the wonderful vendors as well. I recommend each and every one of them!

A Special Thanks to the hosts of the day. Your vision was amazing!
